An offer of Units at TZS 100 each for cash at par during the Initial Sale Period and at applicable Net Asset Value (NAV) during the Subsequent Sale Period.

Opening Date of the Initial Sale	17 August 2026
Closing Date of the Initial Offer	17 September 2026
Minimum initial investment	TZS 1,000,000 for the Quarterly Income Distribution Plan
Issue Price	TZS 100 per Unit. Units will be sold at TZS 100/= per Unit during the Initial Sale period from 17th August 2026 to 17th September 2026.
Additional Investment	Investors may make additional investments after the cool off period subject to the minimum amount of TZS 10,000.

Quarterly Income Distribution Option

Under this option, the Fund shall distribute income to Unit Holders on a quarterly basis, subject to the availability of distributable income. Income distributions shall be made within the first ten (10) business days following the end of each calendar quarter, namely:

Q1 January – March Paid in April

Q2 April – June Paid in July

Q3 July – September Paid in October

Q4 October – December Paid in January
